Return & Refund Policy
First of all, if you’re considering a refund or return, it probably means you’ve purchased one of our products. We owe you a big thank you! Nothing makes us happier than having happy members in our Ultimate Physiocare community. That’s why we are committed to doing everything possible to provide an exceptional product and customer experience, and we assure you that we will resolve any issues that may arise.
If you have concerns about your purchase, don’t worry—you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it for a refund.
Product Effectiveness
If our products haven’t been effective for you, it’s very likely that you haven’t yet found the right dosage. Many of our customers achieve much better results with a higher dose of our products.
If you believe this might be the case, simply contact our customer support team via email at info@ultimatephysiocare.com, and someone will help you find the right CBD product and dosage for you.
Returns & Refunds
Items must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund. If you have used most or all of the product, you will not be able to request a refund or a return.
To initiate a return, send an email to our customer service team at info@ultimatephysiocare.com with the subject “Return Request”, and we will provide you with an address to return the products.
- You can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The product must be returned in order to receive a refund.
- Once we receive your return, a full refund will be issued.
Subscriptions
How do I manage my subscription? What if I want to cancel it?
Log in to your account at ultimatephysiocare.com by clicking on the person icon in the top right menu bar. In your profile, select “Subscription” in the account details section.
Here, you can view information about your current subscriptions, change the frequency of your orders, adjust the product strength, or cancel at any time.
