Full Spectrum CBD oil includes all the natural compounds of the plant, including CBD, other cannabinoids (such as CBG, CBN, CBC), terpenes, and trace amounts of THC (less than 0.2%). It’s ideal for experienced users or those seeking a deeper, more therapeutic effect who are not concerned with small traces of THC.
How Do I Use CBD Oil?
To use CBD oil, press the black tip of the included dropper and allow it to draw some oil from the bottle. One full squeeze equals 1 mL of oil. Dispense the oil directly into your mouth and hold it under your tongue for a few seconds to allow for faster absorption (effects typically begin around 15 minutes). You can also swallow the oil directly or mix it into a smoothie to mask the taste.
